Applying To Our Conservatory Program

Students interested in applying to our Creative/Pre-Ballet Elementary, Classical Dance or Professional Dance Divisions must complete our Enrollment Application below. Conservatory applications are accepted on a space-available basis. Contact us to schedule a date & time for your child's class.

Our Conservatory program is nearing capacity. Applications received after the July 15 deadline are being placed on a waiting list in order of when it was received. Applicants on the waiting list will be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

Creative/Pre-Ballet Elementary Division (Ages 3-7)

Classical Dance Division (Ages 7-19)

Our Classical Dance Division is for students ages 7-19 and consists of classes in technique, pointe, variations and men's technique. Learn more about this division

Please complete the Enrollment Application below and submit it with a $20.00 non-refundable application fee. Upon review of your application, the Maple Conservatory will schedule a preliminary placement class.

Formal placement classes will be held for all new & existing Conservatory students, ages 7-19 on Saturday & Sunday, August 23 & 24. Exact times are posted at the Maple Conservatory for returning students. (Placement dates & times will also be posted on our Conservatory's Parent Portal for returning students.) New Conservatory students will be contacted by the Maple Conservatory on their exact placement date & time.

Professional Dance Division (Ages 13-19)

Our Professional Dance Division is for the most serious dance students, ages 13-19 and consists of classes in technique, pointe work, variations and men's technique, as well as pas de deux, modern, conditioning, choreography, audition & performance techniques, character, music and jazz. Note that the Professional Division is at least a one-year commitment. Learn more about this division

Entry to the Professional Dance Division program is by audition only. Interested students must complete both our Classical Division Enrollment and Pro Division Application below with a $20.00 non-refundable application fee.

Students who are interested in our Professional Division must attend our Pro Division audition class on Saturday, August 2 at 1-3pm. Returning Pro Division students must also attend the August 2 audition.
