We Offer Superb Studios in Irvine and Balboa Island/Newport Beach

The Maple Conservatory offers two state-of-the-art dance facilities in Irvine and Balboa Island/Newport Beach that are that are designed specifically for professional and non-professional dancers alike. View a map & directions to our locations

All of our studios are specifically engineered suspended floor using a basket-weave approach with neoprene padding designed to help avoid injuries to the dancers. The top layer for our ballet studios are finished with a professional Marley floor.

Irvine Main Studio

Our facility is approximately 13,000 square-feet and is one of the largest dance facilities in Southern California, featuring two large & spacious dance studios, one medium-sized studio and one smaller studio.

Our expansive studios & facility feature:

Large viewing windows to allow younger siblings and parents to observe classes Men's and women's bathrooms and dressing rooms with showers A large conference room with conference table and chairs for private meetings

Spacious office spaces Kitchenette featuring microwave ovens, a large refrigerator/freezer and vending machines with healthy snacks & drinks And free, wireless Internet access throughout the building

Irvine Studios 1 and 2

Our two largest studios, each measuring 54' wide x 43' deep with sprung wood floors featuring new Harlequin Cascade flooring, 14 ft. high mirrors, barres, 18 ft. high ceilings, windows, ceiling fans, skylight, lighting & sound system, and a piano.

Irvine Studio 3

This studio is 40' wide x 30' deep with sprung wood floors covered with marley, 14 ft. high mirrors, barres, 18 ft. high ceilings, windows, ceiling fans, skylight, and lighting & sound system.

Irvine Studio 4

This studio is 30' wide x 20' deep with sprung wood floors covered with marley, 14 ft. high mirrors, barres and lighting.

Balboa Island (Newport Beach) Studio

Our beautiful Balboa Island studio is designed especially for young dancers and is a perfect location for waiting parents with an array of unique shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants, all within walking distance. Here are some snapshots of our Balboa Island studio:
