With each purchase that you make at any Ralphs grocery store in California, by presenting your Ralphs Rewards Card (formerly the Ralphs Club Card) the Maple Youth Ballet will receive up to 4% of your purchases!. And the best part is there is no cost for you to join!

Ralphs grocery stores have converted to a new card called the Ralphs Rewards Card. Those who have previously registered their Ralphs Club Card for the Maple Youth Ballet, must re-register their Ralphs Rewards Card number by clicking the Ralphs website link below.
 

It Only Takes A Few Minutes To Join

Simply visit the Ralphs Community Contribution website and register your Ralphs Rewards Card number by completing the brief online form that appears. Your Ralphs Reward Card number is found on the back of the card.

Your Ralphs grocery store purchases will begin counting for the Maple Youth Ballet within 72 hours of signing up your card online.
