Latcho Drom was selected by Regional Dance America to be performed at the showcase of the International Ballet Competition (IBC Jackson Mississipi)in 1998. The exceptionally talented dancers of the Maple Youth Ballet and the Maple Conservatory of Dance will perform this unique and exciting ballet by Award-Winning Choreographer Charles Maple.

Our annual showcase develops discipline, musicality, endurance, choreography memory and stage presence in the students as they prepare for professional life.

"This School Performance offers the opportunity to see the extraordinary range of accomplishment from our gifted students of all ages," says school director Charles Maple. "The simplest of movements are executed with the utmost precision and joy by our youngest, while the top tier performs complicated choreography with ease and brio."

The diverse works run the gamut from the comedic to the emotionally charged. All of the works are sure to entertain the entire family!

Running Time: About two hours with intermission. Refreshments & snacks will be on sale, along with our spectacular boutique!
